Hello, I’d like to duplicate a report BUT to a different document, not in the same one.
I need to build a document composed of several reports from differents documents.
Any ideas?

Assuming you are talking about full client reports (Reporter / Desktop Intelligence), take a look at the process outlined here. The steps there are (somewhat) manual, but could be automated. I don’t recommend automation, because the process is just too fragile.

Thank you for your answer but it doesn’t work for me… My reports have filters and templates do not save them.
I coded a plugin that do the save-template-apply-template, but i need also the filters… 
There must be a way to do that…

Yes … manually. There is very little about a report block (table) exposed in the SDK … certainly not filters.
