I would like to display some information in infoview page. User will see this after log in… Like “BO XI production will be down from…”
How to do this?

It depends on how your users access Infoview. Do they have to go thru a corporate portal? If so, you can easily display such message on your portal home page for Business Objects.
If you don’t use any corporate portal, you can simply modify the home.jsp file to display whatever you want to display. There have been numerous discussions on modifying Infoview home page on BOB. Do a search and you can find all the threads.
