How to create restrictive connection

Hi ,

This is Ashok.

I have a report and whenever i refresh the report i want to restrict the data access, means whenever i refresh the report i should get the request for username and password. After entering the username and password then the data will be loaded to the report. I can do it with @variable(‘BOUSERPROMPT’) . This is the syntax but i am in confusion what to use in the place of ‘BOUSERPROMPT’.

can anybody help me in this issue.

It discusses options and contains the correct syntax for the BOUSER command.
