How to change Tilte of IE using OpenDocument

I am using OpenDocument function to open a report in new window, when I open the report it is showing the entire link as the Internet Explorer title, can we change it something like “InfoView”, I am attaching the screenshot what I am talking about, now it is displaying http:///businessobjects …" - Microsoft Internet Explorer …

I searched the entire OpenDocument documentation but not able to figure out how.
