How to change the Infoview home page

Hi,

When we logging in Infoview, in the homepage,home frame,
BusinessObjects Information will appear. I need to change that to White empty form (frame).

Any ideas

Hi,

That Script is to Sync all the User Preferences in the Business Objects Repository to a set a Default Home page (Infoview , My Infoview , Dashboard …)

This is useful when we need to apply the settings to all the users. but thats not my criteria

I need to do the following:

When we logging in Infoview, in the homepage,home frame,
BusinessObjects Information will appear. I need to change that to White empty form (frame).

On our installation (.NET) the location of the page is:

http://«webserver»/businessobjects/Enterprise115/InfoView/home.aspx

so for you that would be:

http://90.168.48.44:9081/businessobjects/Enterprise115/InfoView/home.aspx

I do understand the problem, perhaps my response wan’t clear.

If you can locate the webpage’s source code from the url then you will be able to manually amend it’s content to display a blank page.

I have made some minor amendments to the look of our CMC by doing this.

hi

from my knowledge it is not possible, instead of we can display ur favorites or any folder. for this view preferences of InfoView

It is possible to customize the InfoView homepage. We have customized it in our environment albeit it is the Java version. We modifed the home.jsp code which resides under Tomcat\webapps\businessobjects\enterprise115\desktoplaunch\InfoView\main folder.
