how to change column type from BW datastore

Hi to all,
i have a problem when I read data from BW tables with data services.
The version of BO is this:
Designer: 12.2.2.2
jobserver: 12.2.2.2
jobengine: 12.2.2.2
repository: 12.2.2.0000

this is the configuration of datasotre:

When i import a new table i see become some varchar fields in a numeric fields.
For example the client is a varchar(3) filed and in Bw the value is “010”, but when I read the table in data services the field become 10 because the type is numeric(3,0).

How i can resolve this problem??

I tried to change some parameters in the datastore but the result is olways the same…
How i can resolve.

Can you post some proof points? A screenshot of the object inside BW to see what the BW internal datatype of this object is. And a screenshot of the imported object, not the query but the imported object itself.
