How to Calculate Time Difference

Hi Experts,
I am using Business Object XIR2 and DB as Oracle.

I have to find the Time Elapsed between two Date feild.
both Date fields have the format as “MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS”

As i need to find the difference between the two in Hours and minutes.
