How to add minutes to a date?

There are a lot of threats about time-difference,

…but how to add minutes to a date? E.g.: Add 90 Minutes to the date 2010-10-31 23:45 (format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm), expected result: 2010-11-01 01:15.
