Building universes to has nothing to do with your setup. Just build new connection strings and then build the universes.

I really don’t see what you’re asking.

OK

See i have 2 repositories created in my Oracle Database. Which are containg 1 Universe 1 document and 1 Security domain. now if i want to create few more universes on production and QA database do i need to create multiple universe domains ?

A) No, one universe domain can host many universes.

B) You mentioned separate Business Objects security repositories (read: two *.key files). If that is the case you might want to revisit that design and take a close look at using only one Business Objects Repository (read: one *.key file) with separated universe domains and document domains for Dev. Test, and Production etc.
