How can I shown all the coulmns....

Hi,

I have a question reg 6.5 DESKI. I have created a report which gives shipment info based on per year/(per )quater/(per )customer.I have fifty(50) values/records for customer.

Problem:

I want to see all 50 customers for each quater in every year whether or not data exhists, but I am not seeing the same now.

What I am seeing is What I want to see
Y Q C Data(Measure) Y Q C Data(Measure)
2000 q1 ABC 543 2000 q1 ABC 543
2000 q3 ABC 132 2000 q2 ABC
2000 q4 ABC 111 2000 q3 ABC 132
XXXXXXXXXXXX 2000 q4 ABC 111

Meaning I don’t have record for 2000 q2 for customer ABC but I want to see the customer ABC name to apper for 2004 q2.

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Have a look at this Reporter FAQ:

How can I include data for all months in a crosstab, even if a particular month has no data? One way to do this is to create a second data provider using only the months. Then link (or “merge”) the second data provider (query) with the first data provider. Use the month column from the second data provider in the cross tab.            Thanks for the response . Unfortunately it didn't worked.

My report format is Cross tab where column has Items object, Row has customer , year and quater objects and boby has sales amt and sales qty objects.

I created a DP with items only, customer only, customer+year+quater but no avail. None of those is worked :-(.
