Use the Audit Database Universe provided by SAP. This has enough information in it to allow you to get the information you are looking for by creating a Webi document.

No, you cannot export the data from Query Builder to csv. At least not cleanly or directly.
You can copy the data from the HTML page and then copy it into Excel but it’s pretty ugly and not very user friendly.
Try biclever’s CMS Query Builder. It can be used to run the same queries that you would in Query Builder but you can export the results to Excel.
