Highlight only duplicate rows on a report

Hi all,

I am attempting to place an alert that will simply highlight both duplicate rows on a report. The previous function only highlights the duplicate row and not both rows. I keep running into this outcome having tried numerous variables. Has anyone figured out how to make this happen? Seems like a simple request so I am banging my head on the desk

As usual, may or may not be the best solution, but to a hammer, everything is a nail!!!

First I created a variable to identify if the previous record is the same as the current. Sorry, the images loaded in a funky order because of how I selected them I guess.
First variable is second image below. (Is Same) So if the same, result is 1
Then I find the max value for my dimension using a reset for each unique dimension.

Using this variable set the conditional formatting to highlight the records that have a 1 (In this instance)
