Hierarchical prompts

Hi,

I have a table with three columns. Cycle, Account and Country.

I know that I can create cascading list of values, but is there any way to create a hierarchical prompt to be applied for both the report and the LOV?

What I would like is to select a cycle, and only those accounts shold appear in the reports, which are in that cycle and this cycle selection should be applied to the report also. Is there any possibilities?
