Can anyone help. When opening Business Objects Desktop Intel - either Version 6.1 or the New XI we are getting a Memory Violation Error as below. This doesnt happen on other uses machines, just this one user. He is using a ACER 7720 Travelmate notebook. 2.2 Duo Core with 4GB ram.
Let me know of any suggsetions to get this user up and running.
