Hi,

How to get display header and footer, while i saved as excel format.

I don’t think you can do that saving as excel. Only help would be save as pdf!!

Save as HTML then load into Excel from HTM file.

Try the first method in this Reporter FAQ entry. It’s the “Copy All” that copies the entire page, but it can be slowwwwww for anything longer than a page or two.

Are you sure that using copy all from BO an dpasting back in excel will retain the headers and footers??? I am skeptical…I’ll test it on monday :shock:

My report is in BCA. Then how can I do “Copy All”.

Your welcome. But anitha must be an Indian name, because you are about the fourth or fifth person who’s tried to call me that. However, my name is Anita, which is of Spanish origin for something like “Little Ann”. No “h”. (I’m not Indian. But I’m not Spanish, either – it’s just a name that is more popular than anitha around here. :wink: )

Copy All is an interactive command. I’m afraid I don’t know how to do it from a BCA job. Perhaps, if you’re licensed for the SDK, you can automate it with VBA.
