Havent recieved my BO certificate

Hi guys,

I have given my 3 levels of examinations (BO SABE201, 301, 401) in last year and its been nearly a year i havent recieved my certificate. I have mailed to the below mail several times but havent recieved any feedback.

Can someone please help, what shall i do now…is there any direct contact number so that i can talk to them and find what the reason for not reiceiving the certificate.
