Graph labels

I have a line graph in a report. The labels are vertical. When I do a print preview everything looks good, but when I print, the labels switch to horizontal on the print and also on the report. If I switch to another report and back, the labels are back to vertical again. It doesn’t make a difference whether the label orientation is set to automatic or if I set it to vertical manually. We are using version 4.1.2

The print properties of your report are most likely different than those of your printer. Check this from FILE…PRINT, then PAGE SETUP. Portrait should be what you want. Then PRINTER (bottom of PAGE SETUP)…PROPERTIES. Portrait should also be selected.
