getdate() function in designer connected to sybase

Hi. I am creating an dimension object for current date in designer Xir2 that will hit sysbase RDBMS. I’m connected my universe to sysbase by using adaptive driver in ODBC. I’m using the function getdate() but I’m getting this error:
“Exception: DBD, [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server IQ]Syntax error or access violation: Syntax error near '(end of line)'State: 37000”.

I already add the function “getdate()” on the odbc.prm file but still having this error.

Please help.

Ignore the error message, export the universe and try pulling this object with another one that really refers some table.
It should work.
