General Supervisor Password SQL

I know the password, I am the GS.

Someone tried the old login 3 times and its locked up.

Can someone tell the the correct SQL statement I need to run.

Does the sql statement simply change the “disabled” flag off? I dont want to change the password, just turn the flag off.

THanks much.

You could have found a solution by looking first in our Supervisor FAQ, or by doing a Search.

Anita,

Thanks for the helpful insight into how searches work…

Sometime’s its easier and better to ask a question thats been asked before, as previous answers are not clear and/or don’t exactly answer the question.

Appreciate it tho.

No, it’s better to do a search first, and see if you can find the answer there. Then, if you don’t have a complete answer – then post a follow-up question.

When you start a new question, there is a hyperlink at the top of the posting area called How to Ask Smart BOB Questions.

I suggest you read that. In particular, please read

Is there anything I should do before I ask my question?
The four things you should have already done before posting a question are…

  1. Read the manual (RTM) or Search the web (STW)
  2. Read the FAQ
  3. Ask a knowledgeable co-worker or friend
  4. Search BOB!
