Hi Both the General supervisor logins have been disabled how to enable them. Urgent please

please try do execute the following query on your BO Repository Scehma.

Update
OBJ_M_ACTOR
Set M_ACTOR_C_PASSWORD = NULL
Where

M_ACTOR_C_NAME = ;

it enables you to login .

Login into your Oracle database and Run the mentioned query in oralce.it will set null to the password. so you can login into the general supervisor without password and later you can set the password in Supervisor module.

I’ve updatd the password to null. but still it would not allow me to login. it says your login has been disabled

Also update OBJ_M_ACTOR.M_ACTOR_N_STATUS to 1

HAVE DONE THAT. BUT NOW WHEN I LOGIN WITH A BLANK PASSWORD IT SAYS INCORRECT PASSWORD.

i’VE TRIED SETTING THE PASSWORD AS ‘TEST’ and logged in it still says incorrect password.

It’s solved now. I’ve set it to null and then changed the password.
