Do you mean the database functions that can be used in the universe side. Well as far as I know universe support almost all of the database functions

@select() is a Designer function and is described in the Designer help file fairly well. decode() is an Oracle database function and is easily found on various Oracle reference sites via google. It is essentially an βifβ statement.
