I’m trying to produce a report in the form of a table which I want to be able to print in portrait, no more than one page wide, but find I can only reduce the font size to 8. This is not small enough. I also want users to be able to print a copy of the same report, in portrait, from a web page.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way of forcing Business Objects to reduce the font size?

Hi Ron:
If you select the cells that you are trying to size the font for, then select Format->Cell from the menu and then select the Font tab in the Cell Format dialog, you can change the font size. The trick is to select the size in the edit field and then type a new size – do not select a size from the list.
