Find Universe objects which are not used in reports

Hi
I have a Universe, which has around 1000 objects. I am sure some of them are redundant/not used in any report, but I don’t know what is the mechanism to verify the objects used in report vs objects available in Universe. How can I find which are the objects of the Universe those are used in reports. There are more than 2500 reports and hence it is difficult for me to go through each report manually.

You can only do this with VBA code. Have a look under dowloads topic you’ll find what you need :wink:

Either that, or if you have an Auditor license you can run almost any kind of stats on universes, reports e.t.c.

Hi,

No with auditor you only can anlyse e-bi activity, that means activity threw webi. Have you got webi ? Are you sure all your reports have been refreshed under webi … The only solution is VBA !
