Extracting the names of Classes, Objects and Obj Definitiion

Hi all,

I would like to know if anybody knows of a way/technique to extract the names of the classes, objects and object definitions from a universe. The extracted file could be a .xml or an excel sheet.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
