Exporting reports on a schedule

Hi,

I’m new to this board and fairly new to BO so please forgive any silly questions or repetition of topics.

I have a query regarding BO around exporting reports.

I have created a number of reports to feed into a data cleansing application via .csv files. For each report I have set the refresh schedule to every 48 hours.

What I also want to do is to have the .csv files output directly to a file server location of my choosing and as yet I haven’t found a way in BO to do this?

I have to manually go into BO and export each report which takes a long time and as you’d expect I’d like to run these reports out of hours so they’re ready for the business day.

How do I go about getting round having to manually export each report?

Thanks Michael,

That post is useful although it deosn’t seem to work without BO actually being open.

I wanted to have my data refreshed and loaded directly as a CSV to a file server location where my data quality software can get to it.
