Exporting Names Of Classes and Objects to Excel

Hello Gurus ,

Is there any way to export the names of the classes and Objects of a universe (SAP BW )to excel .
Iam now on xir3.1.

I tried the options to print the universe in pdf but it showing all the objects (Hided and Unhided ) is ther any way to print only unhided objects.
