Export to Excel (Classes & Objects)

Hi,

Is there anyway we can export all the classes & Objects in the Universe to a excel or word document…

Any ideas? :idea:

Nope. Not that I know of. You can save as PDF. Or you can write a report against the repository and export that to Excel.

Search for ‘managero’ in BOB downloads if you’re on Oracle.

Hi,
If you have access to manegero universe, you can do that easily.
But if you donot have, then there is a download in BOB downloads section which allows you to get the list of classes and objects into an Excel file.

But, you wont be able to get the class-heirarchy, meaning you will get only the objects which are directly in a class but not sub-class. In other words, you wont get the list in the form of Class - Subclass - Objects.

This particular download will access the universe and asks you to point to the universe you want the list of classes and objects from.

Also make sure that you click the “Stop” button in the VB editor pane after you are done.
