Export the SQL Query from the rep File

Hello,

is it possible to export somehow the Query from the various Data Providers of an Report directly from the rep File, hence without opening it. Our BO version is 6.5 and this tooling could help either if the rep File is corrupt and can’t be opened or in the case where some objects may be truncated.

No, it’s not possible without actual opening a DeskI report in DeskI.

Check whether a utility like this can help you in getting SQL statements of data providers in batches:

Unfortunately our present working enviroment is BO 6.5 and obviously the utility doesn’t apply. Could it be possible to tweak your utility somehow in order to cope also with outstanding versions like ours?

Ah, I see what you mean. Unfortunately, I don’t have the utility for BO 6.5. I don’t have BO 6.5 itself either. I haven’t seen and worked with it for years.
