Explorer shows HANA Appliance Connection as Broken

After installing BO Enterprise and Explorer, we noticed that from the Explorer App; the Manage Tabs under HANA Appliance connection shows up as broken. Using IDT to test connection shows it works and we also don’t have any issues with webi reports using the same connection.

Has anyone experienced and resolved the above issue?

Setup: BO4.2SP3, HANA SPS12 using Windows 2012 R2
