How to get the Evaluation copy of XI 3.0 and the key details?

There is no such thing. BO do a few evaluation products, Xcelsius is one example. I think you are going to have to pay if you want XI 3.0.

If you have valid credentials for BOBJ ESD site then it can be downloaded along with the evaluation keys.
Your sales manager should be able to help you in this

The Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) site is here:

https://businessobjects.subscribenet.com/control/bobj/login

Select: “Products - Evaluation” and then choose what you want. The keys are under “Transition Pack Keys” in licensing.

If you have a valid support contract for XI, the full version of XI 3.0 along with license keys should now be available on the ESD site. I just downloaded it this week.
