I created a copy of the production repository. I brought everything up correctly with a new BO Main key. Pointed the docs and universes to the new DB.Everything within Supervisor looks to be okay.
When I try to open a universe or refresh a report … I run into the following error messages …
The Universe ID Does Not Exist in the Repository. (UX0034)
Cannot find the ‘TKCT’ universe. (DA0011)
The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed: Query1 wtih TKCT. (DMA0007)
Since you contacted the Admins [who are a small group, not the same population as the larger Moderator group ] via the Contact Form to say that you’d tried the steps in the other topic, and that this was actually a different topic, Topic is now unlocked.
But it would have been better for you to post a follow-up in the other topic – saying that you’d checked the other steps, and now have this problem.
