I am currently designing a new universe and one object was defined:
Name: Menesis
Type: Number
Select: month(d_datums.date_date).
The Object works fine. We can see 01 for January, 02 for February, etc.
But Problem occurs when the Object Format -> Date/Time -> ‘Mmm’ was applied. Every month number was replaced with a word January.
Aleksejs,
I was having the same problem in BO 4.1.3, but the problem seems to be solved in BO5.
If you’re having the problem in BO5, you still have the alerters to display your exact month with ‘Mmm’ format
It is not a problem with formatting, b’cos you cannot format a number with a Date Format model. The format ‘Mmm’ works only on date fields and not on numeric fields.
I would suggest you to create another object called month with the type as date and select as ‘d_datums.date_date’ and Format as ‘Mmm’.
