Error while working on Designer

hi Guys,
I get the following error while working on Business Objcects Designer. The same error also pops out when I work on the BO production server.

Try looking at this existing thread. If none of those solutions help, as they tend to be more Reporter related they may not, it would be useful if you provide a few details of what exactly you are doing when Designer crashes.

In addition to that:

Which version of Business Objects are you using?
Change the color depth of your video card from “True Color” To “65k Colors”
