Error while saving to excel

Hi,

when i run a report in Webi and try to save it as an excel file i am getting page cannot be displayed error in webi.

Do we need to change any parameters in the server? Or is this one a known issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sue, there’s nothing to configure for this functionality. What version are you using. How are you saving the document to Excel?
