Is there a way to…
(1) configure the email set to NOT INCLUDE attachments versus the default which includes attachments
0r (2) is there a way to just hide the attachments when emailing feature.

We are no longer allowed to email reports but we can email the link to the document.

You can uncheck the Deliver Document(s) as Attachment option for the Email configuration of your AdaptiveJobServer(s) Destination. This will turn it off by default.

There isn’t a way to prevent users from selecting it in an attempt to send the report as an attachment.

We also don’t allow reports to be sent as attachments. We had our email team create a rule on the Exchange server to try and prevent this put apparently there isn’t a way in Exchange to be able to tell if a report has an attachment or not. We had to set up the rule based on the size of the email to block it. Of course, this could allow a really small report to still get through as an attachment.

You’ll also want to set up something so there is a notification when an email is blocked due to having an attachment.
