I was wondering how I can edit the prompts that appear when you refresh you r report. The person who created the prompts did not specify the constraints clearly and I would like to change them

Open the report, and go to Data -> Edit (or click the Edit Data Provider icon).
In the Conditions Pane of the resulting Query Panel, double click the prompt you want to modify and make the desired changes. Run the report again to save the changes.
