I have a user which is setup as a Supervisor-Designer. They have all the permissions set to be Enabled within Webi but can not see the ‘Edit’ icon on top of the report.
We are on 6.5 of BO
any ideas.

thanks but it looks like the problem was that I had the user setup in multiple groups which they couldn’t see the Edit icon.
This caused them not to see it even though I tried to have them see it within a different group? What’s up with that?!
When I setup the users to be the same i.e. edit all only then were they able to see the Edit icon in Webi.

If the user is in multiple groups and if the security command is set to ‘hidden’ in one group it overrides the status ‘disabled’ or ‘enabled’ in the other instances(Also Disable overrides Enabled). Thats the reason why the user could not see the Edit option.
