Easier method to build a rerpot

Hi,
I need to have a report to one of our sales person about all the clients that he sells to.
The problem is that he has 60 customers and the way I choose his customers is by adding a condition that the customer need to be in list, then I choose “show list of values” then I pick 60 customers out of 3000.
It is tedious task.
Is there a better way of doing it ? I have the customers on an excel file.

Follow below steps…

  1. Open BO report.
  2. Select Tools->Universe> “Select the universe”
  3. Click “ List of values…” button. Then “Select your object”
  4. Select Personal Data
  5. Click “OK” Button
  6. Set your LOV`s file
  7. Click “OK” Button
  8. Again select “OK” button. Then Click “Close” button.
  9. Click “Edit Data Provider” icon in the tool bar
  10. Select “your object”
  11. Click “Show list of values”
  12. Then click on “Run” button
  13. Select the LOV`s and press OK button.

Now you are able to see the LOV`s in your report…

  1. Then Press “RUN” button.
