dynamic spacing the blocks

Hello,

I created a report with 10 blocks. When ever any block is empty, i need to move up the following blocks. , in brief i need to dynamically adjust the space in between the blocks,

Please let me know if its possible, or if there are any work arounds,

You might try starting with this FAQ Entry regarding relative positioning. If that doesn’t completely solve your problem, post again. 8)

Dave,

I think you didn’t get my question properly, I got one block with title and description, another block with createdate, creater, owner etc…, third block contains owner,status and severtity etc… In my first block if description is empty, then i want to move the blocks below that description block up, so that there won’t be any white space in my
report.

Please let me know if any body has done this kind of work,

Bram,
I don’t think that ou can dynamically do that but my advise for you is to just go to Format Table>Appearance and try to adjust the table position with respect to the other table. but even though you cannot hide the table headers.can you try doing something with hide cell or hide sections if the tables are in sections.
