Dynamic Quater Calculation

Hi BoB-Members,

I am struggeling with the calucation of the previous QTR (Current QTR-1) and the quarter before it (Current QTR-2).

It should be in the format YYYYQ, e.g. 20141

I used google but I couldnt find anything which solves the problem.

Do you mean calculating a measure for the previous quarter or calculating the quarter based on todays date or a date in the database?

Hi HenkK,

I mean calculating the quarter based on todays date (Current Date in the formula editor).

Of course it will help if I can get it based on a date in the database as well for future variables :slight_smile:
