Dr. Watson for Windows NT - Problem

NT 4.0/BO 4.1.3 on one and only one of our NT Client, on a specific report, on Refresh, BO dies. BO Dies with Dr. Watson for Windows NT message.

BUSOBJ.exe
Exception access violation (0xx0000006), Address: 0x77f7cf1a.

I have tried few things, however, the problem is still there:

Upgrade/Reinstall BO;
Bring another copy of the document.

Any ideas, help…

Hi

We were also getting Dr.Watson’s error on NT for our NT users. What we found is NT has different profiles and different restrictions apply to different profiles. Try giving Administrative Privileges on NT and then logging into Business Objects.
