Hi ,

I’m able to Oder By a column and display the report , but while downloading to excel , the result is the SQL resultset. Please let me know how to display the result in Excel in an order by format

In Business Objects v5 go to Edit| Select All, then Copy All, paste into MS Excel.

In Business Objects v6 you have a Save as MS Excel option.

Since you’re not asking the question about full-client Reporter, then one of us Moderators should move this topic to the appropriate WebI forum.

Are you asking a question about WebI 1.x/2.x, or about WebI 6.x?
