Display all Entries in a Report

I’m using Deski XI R2. I’m creating a report that is regionalized between 4 regions by week. Here’s the problem, apparently Deski does not display an entry if there are no records entered for that timeframe. Is there a function or formula I can use to ensure that all 4 regions are displayed in the report regardless if no records were entered for a particular week.

I already have a defined variable to display a”0” when this situation occurs.

I just need to ensure all 4 regions are displayed.

Any ideas?

How can I include data for all months in a crosstab, even if a particular month has no data? One way to do this is to create a second data provider using only the months. Then link (or “merge”) the second data provider (query) with the first data provider. Use the month column from the second data provider in the cross tab. That worked on 5.16 but the same trick didn’t appear to work on 6.5.1

yes the cross-tab worked in XI R2

No? I dont have such experience that it’s not working.

Yes, there are some limitations - for instance if I remember correctly it does not work when you applied a filter on a data block. But otherwise it works.
