How can I restrict users from not being able to delete folders in they login into Webi. Only want them to access and retrieve and refresh documents. Users have a tendency to click on the cross and delete folders. Want to disable this option, as this option/button is at the moment available to them
Help as this causes me too many problems

You can simply use the View on Demand right allowing user to view / refresh and schedule reports. By the way if you are using your own access level you should remove the right delete objects.
