DeskI closes when executing report

There are some issues while refreshing, saving or exporting DeskI reports.

I have a user with a problem that seems to be specific to his particular machine. He has successfully retrieved a document from the repository. He then changes the options for the report to refresh on open. When he clicks on the save button before sending the report back to the repository he gets rudely turfed from the program. No error message, no nothing. The application just shuts down and does not save the changes made. I can do this to the report from my machine logged in as either admin…

Install SP2 if you haven’t done yet.
Maybe any issue related to your reports are addressed in it.
