Designer User Manual?

A friend of mine, who has Business Objects 5, has printed off the 600 page Report User Manual in PDF format that was bundled with the software

Is there a comparable manual for Designer? I realize the on-line Help has quite a bit to offer, but I am hoping for something as complete as the Report User Manual.

There is a 272 page Designer manual. It’s likely installed on your machine. If not, get it off the CD from the Online Guides directory.

They are all on the CD you got with your licence ! look under the OnLine Guides directory
