Deleting and rebuilding the Cluster

I have to install a Hot Fix and have had the follwing problems:

Instructions were to delete the instance of InfoView and rebuild. I could not delete…received a message (java.nullexception error). Next option was to delete the cluster and rebuild. I did this OK on my test server but on production server, I’m not able to delete the cluster. Message says an error occurred and offers a details button. The details button brings up a window that is completely empty…making it hard to diagnose the problem.

Why can’t I delete the cluster?

Deinstall did not work for us yesterday, because there was not sufficient permission for service account to edit the registry. Work with your network team to make sure your install/service account can edit the registry.

Yes, I already did this and everything checked out fine. I even checked in the dcomcnfg module in the Security tab permissions.
