We’re sending a personalised PDF document automatically every 2 weeks to a users (webi) Inbox (currently only 20 users, but would have over 1000 users when we ‘go live’ with the pilot). The documents are always PDFs, and have the same name (only the identifier number after the colon that is auto-generated by the system changes). Is there a way to auto-delete these files (from the users inbox) after either a certain number of these PDFs with the same name exist, or after a set period of time has occurred? We don’t want to clog up the users inbox with these files.
We’re runing XIR2 SP2, and about to apply SP3 in the next week.
