Cindy, I’ve found this useful if I want to copy the data from the data
provider to Excel. After running your query/report:
a.) Click the “View Data” icon to get back to your Data Manager
b.) In the Data Manager, click the Export button
c.) Click the radio button beside the Format “Copy to DDE”, and press the
OK button.
d.) This is essentially doing a Select-All and copy to the clipboard of
the data in the Results tab of the Data Manager. (Click the “OK” button on
the “Export Done!” dialog box to continue.)
e.) Go to the cell in the Excel worksheet where you want to paste. Either
do a CTRL-V or from the Excel “Edit” drop-down menu, pick Paste.
