Date Objects in Universe

Hello friends I am trying to create an object in the Universe and stuck on the syntax. The object should basically be the first day of the current year or 01/01/Current Year.

Here is the syntax of the current Year: Year(curDate()).

So what will the syntax be for 01/01/CY?
